The Oil Products Marketing Department’s Export Group of  PetroKazakhstan Trading House (TOO PETROSUN) hereby informs all persons interested and announces a call for commercial proposals (bids) for the export oil products supply tender to be held in April 2012.

To participate in the tender, please send your commercial proposal in an established form to our e-mail address: tendersmt@petrokazakhstan.com

 

Deadline for bids:
• LPG - 19 March 2012 till 6:00 p.m. (Almaty time)

Your commercial proposal shall be sent on an official letterhead of your company and specify the following information*:
• Quantity
• Price
• Delivery terms: CPT cross station (priority) or FCA Tekesu
• Destination station
• Destination country

 

* Your bid will not be accepted for tender if the above details are not included.

To participate in the tender, a company shall meet the following requirements:
• To be a nonresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Not to be included into the list of countries with preferential tax treatment (Resolution of the RoK Government No.1318 dated December 31, 2008)

List of Oil Products Designated for Export

• Liquefied petroleum gas (technical propane butane mixture, technical butane) (delivery is guaranteed in case of non-exportation by long-term contract)

The Company shall not be responsible for repudiation of a contract, failure to deliver oil products in a timely manner or delay in delivery caused by adoption by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of resolutions prohibiting or restricting oil products export.
