WEI YUXIANG      President,     PetroKazakhstan Overseas Services Ink.;     PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources        Mr. Wei Yuxiang was born on November 18, 1963.                 He got a degree in Petroleum Engineering from South West Petroleum Institute and took courses in International   Petroleum Business Management and Oilfield Stimulation Measures.                 Mr. Wei Yuxiang has more than twenty-four years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to his appointment as the President of PetroKazakhstan in January 2010, Mr. Wei held various management positions for over 16 years, including 5 years of work for PetroKazakhstan.
