The Oil Products Domestic Marketing of PetroKazakhstan Trading House hereby informs the persons concerned that refined product purchase requests for participation in the oil product supply tender to be held in MARCH 2012 have started to be accepted.

 List of the Refined Products Designed for Sales on the Domestic Market:

To participate in the tender, please send your refined product purchase request of an established format to this e-mail: tenderdom@petrokazakhstan.com ONLY

The deadline for accepting the requests: February 19, 2012 till 6:00 p.m. (Astana time)

Your Refined Product Purchase Request shall be sent to the e-mail mentioned above on an official letterhead of the company on behalf of which you want to work, signed by authorized person of a company specifying a volume of refined products to be purchased, offered price (terms: FCA station Tekesu), and destination station (-s).  Your Refined Product Purchase Request will not be accepted for consideration in the tender if the aforesaid details are not indicated in it.

Please note that the entities participating in the tender shall have the following documents available:

• State Registration Certificate
• Individual Entrepreneur State Registration Certificate (for an individual entrepreneur)
• Tax Payer’s Registration Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Statistical Card

“PetroKazakhstan” Trading House” ТОО shall not bear responsibility for repudiation of the contract, failure to deliver refined products in time or delay in delivery caused by adoption by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of resolutions that prohibit or restrict refined product sales.
