PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources Company (PKKR) has signed a Memorandum with the Kyzylorda Oblast Akimat for cooperation in social and economic development of the region for 2008
The Memorandum was signed by the Kyzylorda Oblast Akim, M.Kul-Mukhammed and PKKR President, Bo Qiliang.
